Refund policy

At Majic Backyard, we want you to love your purchase. If an item isn't the right fit, the following return, refund, damage, and cancellation terms apply.

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To request a return, email support@majicbackyard.com with your order number. Our team will provide authorization and return instructions. Do not send an item back before receiving authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

To qualify for a refund, items must arrive at our distribution centre in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Items must not show signs of wear and must not have been installed, assembled, or used. Items showing wear, installation, assembly, or use are ineligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your delivery and note any damage when signing for the shipment. Send clear photos of delivery damage to support@majicbackyard.com on the day of delivery. Retain all original packaging.

Majic Backyard covers shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. All returns require authorization from our customer service team. Items damaged through use are non-refundable unless covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@majicbackyard.com or (587) 864-3435.

Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to our 30-day return policy and return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution or card provider, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

If your original payment method is no longer active, we can issue an equivalent store voucher.

Additional Return Guidelines

Some products or vendors have different return terms. Any exceptions will be noted on the applicable product page.

Products sold as certified pre-owned or used are final sale and ineligible for return.

Majic Backyard sells products intended for long-term use throughout their economic life. Purchases made for temporary or one-time use, including trade shows, conferences, promotional events, or temporary venue staging, are ineligible for return.
