Crafted with exceptional durability in mind, each Black Earth Teppan features a stunning, rustic pre-patina applied right at the factory, paired with a massive 1/2″ (13 mm) thick carbon steel cook surface. For even greater versatility, the innovative two-position swing-in direct sear station allows you to elevate your culinary game and achieve restaurant-quality crusts on steaks, seafood, and vegetables.
